Eric is Founder, CEO, and Principal Consultant at P.C.R. Security Consulting, where he sets the strategic vision and leads the firm's growth. Guided by the firm's founding belief that trust is the true foundation of effective security, Eric leads engagements spanning fractional vCISO leadership, risk and compliance program development, cybersecurity implementation, and AI security advisory, delivering solutions built around each client's actual environment rather than one-size-fits-all templates.
Prior to founding P.C.R., Eric spent 18+ years in information technology and cybersecurity, working as a senior cybersecurity engineer and third-party risk professional across Fortune 100 companies, a global reinsurance company, and federal agencies including the Department of Defense and FBI. He most recently led third-party risk and cybersecurity engineering work at Apple, and brings additional experience across senior security engineering roles supporting federal environments. Eric began his career as a U.S. Navy veteran, followed by over 12 years in physical security leadership, before transitioning into cybersecurity.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from National University.
